Blizzard says it is confident about spring 2029

Asked about the spring 2029 window, the team said they are very confident of hitting it, and put that down to clarity of creative vision and of the production schedule, on foundations Diablo IV already laid.

Confidence stated two and a half years out is not a delivery date, and we file it as a developer statement rather than a commitment. It is still worth recording, because it is an answer to the obvious question about a window announced this early - and because it is the sentence that will be quoted back if the date moves.
